Meraki Health Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change and unforeseen circumstances may arise. To ensure fairness and manage our operational needs effectively, we request adherence to the following cancellation and rescheduling guidelines:

1.    More than 48 Hours' Notice:

  • No Charge: Cancel or reschedule your float session with no penalty if done more than 48 hours in advance.

  • Managing Bookings: Changes can be made by logging into your account at Meraki Health Booking.

  • Credits and Refunds: Credits are automatically returned to your account. For refunds, which are available within 30 days of purchase, please contact us via email or telephone to initiate the process.

2. Between 48 and 24 Hours' Notice:

  • Rescheduling Fee: A fee of £9.99 will be charged for any rescheduling within this time frame.

3. Less than 24 Hours' Notice or No-Shows:

  • Full Charge: Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours' notice will result in a charge for the full session amount, unless we can fill your slot.

  • Alternative: You may have someone else attend the session in your place to avoid any charges.

Meraki Health Refund Policy

Refunds are issued within 30 days of purchase, provided the float sessions have not been used. To request a refund, contact us directly via phone or email.
